1. Course information
The relevant date, duration, schedule, level, format, price, inclusions and class arrangements are confirmed in writing before payment. Group classes have a maximum of six students.
2. Booking and payment
This website accepts enquiries but does not take payment. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only after the course details, price and applicable terms have been provided and accepted, and any required payment has been received.
3. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms that apply to your course or lessons will be provided in writing before payment. Review them before confirming your booking.
4. Changes by DublinEnglish.school
If a material change is required, affected learners will be contacted using the details supplied. The options available, including any rescheduling or refund that applies, will follow the written terms accepted for that booking.
5. Attendance and late joining
Joining a group after its start date depends on your level, the group’s progress and place availability. Attendance and missed-class arrangements are included in the written course details.
6. English Through Dublin
Route, duration, mobility and weather arrangements are confirmed before each activity. The format may be adjusted or a session rescheduled when conditions affect the route. Share any mobility needs when you enquire.
7. No visa or employment guarantee
DublinEnglish.school does not provide student-visa sponsorship, immigration permission, employment placement or a guarantee of fluency or employment.
